Scott Gilberts is the owner and lead drafter at GilbertsCAD.  The firm specializes in providing drafting services to structural engineers.  GilbertsCAD has an extensive understanding of structural engineering requirements; this allows for a more effective transfer of information between the design and production aspects of a project.  

Scott Gilberts has provided drafting services to MNSC on a varify of projects including mixed-use, multi-family residential, renovations, and commercial projects.

Rick Fine is the principal in charge at Fine Engineering and has an extensive background in concrete design with an emphasis on post-tensioned concrete in commercial and multi-family projects.

Fine Engineering has provided consulting services to MNSC for various aspects of projects including foundation design and investigation of forensic issues relating to existing post-tensioned slabs.
